This is probably one of my most detailed designs till date. A simplistic play at symmetry and experimentation with vibrant colors of spring and summer. The strange thing about this artwork pattern is I can’t quite explain the inspiration behind it. It’s just one of those designs where you have no idea where the theme is going until it’s actually finished. I just kept adding on the ‘petals’ until the landscape was filled up, colored it and then decided to add some symmetry to make it into a seamless background. One thing led to another and viola… Experimentation at it’s finest.

Kinda reminds me of a wall tapestry, hence the name. I’d definitely consider printing this out and hanging it on my nice empty white wall for a couple of weeks. Hell, I’d love it even more as a bedsheet.
